SISTEM NOMBOR PERPULUHAN(DEMICAL)Sistem nombor berada dalam andasar 10 dan mengandungi 10 digit :
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9}
SISTEM NOMBOR PERDUAAN(BINARY)
Sistem nombor berada dalam andasar 2. Terdiri daripada 2 digit sahaja iaitu :
{1, 0}
Digit dalam nombor perduaan dikenali sebagai bit.
Contoh Binary Digit
110012 => mempunyai 5 Bit
001110112 => mempunyai 8 Bit
SISTEM NOMBOR PERLAPANAN(OCTAL)
Sistem nombor berada dalam andasar 8 dan mengandungi 8 digit. Digit yang digunakan adalah :
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}
SISTEM NOMBOR PERENAMBELASAN(HEXADEMICAL)
Sistem nombor ini berada dalam andasar 16 dan mengandungi 16 digit. Digit yang digunakan adalah :
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F}
Huruf-huruf A, B, C, D, E dan F mewakili 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
Jadi A=10, B=11, C=12, D=13, E=14 dan F=15

Decimal number system (DEMICAL)
Number system in base 10 and contain 10 digits:
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9}
BINARY NUMBER SYSTEM (binary)
Number system is in base 2. Consists of two digits only, ie:
{1, 0}
Digits in the binary number is known as bits.
Examples of Binary Digit
110 012 => a 5 Bit
001110112 => has 8 bits
SYSTEM The octal (OCTAL)
Number system is in base 8 and consists of 8 digits. Digits used are:
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}
SYSTEM hexadecimal (HEXADEMICAL)
This number system is in base 16 and contains 16 digits. Digits used are:
{0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F}
The letters A, B, C, D, E and F represent 10, 11, 12, 13, 14.
So A = 10, B = 11, C = 12, D = 13, E = 14 and F = 15
